Service Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, authorize Onyx Auto Towing LLC to tow, transport, and/or service my vehicle.

I acknowledge that my vehicle may have pre-existing physical and/or mechanical damage, including but not limited to body damage, suspension issues, alignment issues, or mechanical failure.

I agree that Onyx Auto Towing LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage.

I understand that towing and roadside services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to loading and unloading stress, shifting during transport, and road conditions, and I voluntarily assume these risks.

I agree that Onyx Auto Towing LLC shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from normal towing operations, provided that reasonable care is exercised during service.

I agree to release and hold harmless Onyx Auto Towing LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of services performed, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to document the condition of my vehicle, including taking photos prior to service.

By signing below, I confirm that I am the legal owner or authorized agent of this vehicle and have the authority to approve this service.
