Onyx Towing Services is a trade name and brand operated by Onyx Auto Towing LLC, a limited liability company registered and operating in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
All services, communications, contracts, and business activities conducted under the name "Onyx Towing Services," "Onyx Towing," or "ONYX" are legally performed by and on behalf of Onyx Auto Towing LLC.
By requesting, scheduling, or utilizing any towing or roadside assistance services from Onyx Auto Towing LLC (doing business as "Onyx Towing Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Insurance: Onyx Auto Towing LLC maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all towing operations. However, we recommend customers maintain their own vehicle insurance coverage.
Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles. Our operators will document vehicle condition prior to towing when possible.
Personal Property: We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles. Please remove all valuables before towing service.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

You may cancel a service request at any time before our tow truck arrives at your location without charge.
If our operator has already been dispatched and is en route, a dispatch fee may apply. Once services have begun, full payment is required for work completed.
We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including name, phone number, vehicle information, and location data.
Your information is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to complete the requested service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Onyx Auto Towing LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
