Terms & Conditions

By requesting towing or roadside assistance services from Onyx Auto Towing, I certify that I am the owner of the vehicle or authorized to request service on its behalf.

I understand that towing, winching, jump starts, tire changes, lockout services, and other roadside assistance services involve inherent risks. I authorize Onyx Auto Towing to perform the requested service and release Onyx Auto Towing, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for any pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damages that may occur as a result of hidden defects, improper vehicle modifications, manufacturer defects, or conditions beyond their control. Similar towing waivers commonly document vehicle condition, owner authorization, and liability limitations.

I acknowledge that:

  • I have disclosed any known vehicle issues.
  • Personal belongings left inside the vehicle are my responsibility.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Onyx Auto Towing is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.
